What we collect when you shop with us, why, and how long we keep it.

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, together with the contents and amount of your order. If you create an account we also store your saved addresses, wishlist and order history. If you subscribe to our newsletter we store your email address.
We use this information to process and deliver your order, to contact you about it, to handle returns, and to keep records of sales. With your consent we use your email address to send occasional product news.
We share your name, address and phone number with the courier delivering your order, and your email address with our email provider so we can send order confirmations. We do not sell your personal information.
Your cart is kept in your browser's local storage so it survives a page refresh. We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember small display preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. If you have an account you can update your details or delete your account from your profile settings. To request a copy of your data or ask us to erase it, contact us using the details on the Contact page.
Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and warranty purposes. Account data is removed when you delete your account, except where we are required to retain sales records.
